Twajiachia literally means ‘we are letting go’ but in slang it would translate more towards ‘we
are having fun’. The chorus ends with the line ‘ngoma likipigwa tuna pata raha tele’ which means ‘when the drum beats, we are filled with joy’.‘At times we all face hardships and music can be an important tool to help bring back the joy and purpose in life.
